public class ControlCountMeter
extends CountMeter
implements ReflectionConstructable2<SimNode,Parameters>

ControlCountMeter may be used to control a simulation. The user can define the number of messages transferred for the transient phase and the batch phases. More than one counter may be used in the same simulation. All counters must meet the defined values for the simulation to continue with the next phase. This class uses an object of type ControlCounter to count the messages and notify the simulation control. You can use asInstance() enforced by ReflectionConstructable to parse and create objects of type ControlCounter and ControlCountMeter.
