Abstract

In this paper, the use of a flow-based methodology as a means to analyse and monitor traffic is described. Following the trend to integrate network management technologies into a World Wide-Web (WWW) framework, a Java based traffic analyser is presented as a contribution to IETF's Real Time Traffic Flow Measurement (RFTM) architecture.
